IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT INCLUDING
OUR PRIVACY POLICY, CashDailyPay.com WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO BECOME A MEMBER.
Members reserve the right to cancel their memberships at any time. Voluntary
participation is a condition of membership. If a member is not satisfied
with his/her membership he may cancel it at anytime. Members that cancel
their accounts are still subject to the $1.00 minimum payout amount.
Each person can only sign up once, creating an account for him or herself, and
may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else. Accounts cannot be
transferred between people. We allow only 1 account per household. An individual
must be 13 years or older to become a member.
CashDailyPay.com is not liable for any loss or damages caused by the disclosure
of your password or username.
Members agree to comply with all local, state, province, country or regional
legal restrictions that may be applicable to your membership in CashDailyPay.com.
CashDailyPay.com strictly prohibits its members and advertisers from sending
unsolicited e-mails (or SPAM).
Members found to be attempting to defraud the CashDailyPay.com website or its
advertisers will have their membership status revoked, their account balance
forfeited.
Members and Advertisers agree not to hold CashDailyPay.com liable for any loss or
damage of any sort incurred as the result of any dealings or as the result of
the content provided by merchants or advertisers through this service.
CashDailyPay.com reserves the right to refuse a user
credit for an offer for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to,
lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up, improper browser settings,
and/or a history of manual credits. |
